Consumer behavior in the context of global economic transformations

Transition to alternative methods of service and omnichannelity allows the buyer to be more demanding and discerning. The current trends in the development of retail trade caused by globalization forcing the redistribution of consumer budget from a high-margin offline cart to a low-margin online cart that instigate not only the necessity of transformations in management, but also the study of consumer behavior. Dynamical development of trading innovative technologies allows the buyers not only to expand the range of their aspiration, but also to become participants in the cognitive and learning processes, where the acquirement of the new experience and emotions influences the traditional ways of making purchases on offline trading. To remain competitive, retailers should not only provide high-quality goods and services at the best prices, but also to contribute to their high-quality and get-to-able supply. Most purchasing decisions are made "by feel", that contradict to the theories of rational choice and theories using marketing concepts. The article gives views on the factors and criteria that determine consumers behavior in online and offline trade.peer-reviewe

Нарушения гомеостаза при остром отравлении психотропными препаратами

Objective: to determine the impact of the degree of oxidative stress on homeostatic parameters in critically ill patients with acute poisoning by psychotropic agents (PTA).Materials and methods. The components of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and the antioxidative system (AOS), blood rheological and immunological parameters, and the markers of endogenous intoxication were studied in 43 patients with severe acute PTA intoxication before and during intensive detoxification therapy.Results. The first hours of poisoning were marked by LPO-AOS imbalance with a significant preponderance of peroxidation processes, by impaired blood viscous properties, the manifestations of secondary immunodeficiency and endogenous intoxication. There were changes in the study parameters during detoxification therapy and at the early somatogenic stage of the disease.Conclusion. In patients with acute poisoning-induced critical conditions, the degree of oxidative stress affects the time course of homeostatic changes and determines the severity of endotoxicosis at all stages of the disease. Цель исследования : выявить влияние выраженности окислительного стресса на показатели гомеостаза у больных в критическом состоянии при острых отравлениях психотропными препаратами.Материалы и методы. У 43 больных с острыми отравлениями психотропными препаратами тяжелой степени изучали компоненты системы ПОЛ-АОС, ге-мореологические и иммунологические показатели, маркеры эндогенной интоксикации до начала интенсивной деток-сикационной терапии и на фоне лечения.Результаты. С первых часов отравления выявлены дисбаланс в системе ПОЛ-АОС со значительным преобладанием процессов пероксидации, нарушения вязкостных характеристик крови, проявления вторичного иммунодефицита и эндогенной интоксикации. Прослежена динамика изучаемых показателей на фоне детоксикационного лечения и в ранней соматогенной стадии заболевания.Выводы. У больных с критическими состояниями, обусловленными острыми отравлениями, выраженность окислительного стресса оказывает влияние на динамику других показателей гомеостаза и определяет тяжесть эндотоксикоза на всех этапах заболевания.

We report the results of studies of clinical manifestations, chemical and toxico-logical tests, efficacy of complex treatment, which included antidote therapy, intestinal lavage and symptomatic treatment in patients with acute thallium poisoning, who were admitted to the Department of Acute Poisonings Treatment of the N.V. The silicon pixel tracking system for the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider is described and the performance requirements are summarized. Detailed descriptions of the pixel detector electronics and the silicon sensors are given. The design, fabrication, assembly and performance of the pixel detector modules are presented. Data obtained from test beams as well as studies using cosmic rays are also discussed
